- 400g flour
- 7g yeast
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 225ml room temperature water
- Combine all dry ingredients and olive oil in the bread maker. Slowly add the water.
- Once the breadmaker's done, take the dough out. Form into two equal sized pizza bases and leave to rise for at least one hour.
- Poke holes over the top of the pizza base with a fork. Brush with olive oil then add toppings.
- Cook in a 215C oven for 15 minutes.
