Pizza dough

Ingredients

  • 400g flour
  • 7g yeast
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 225ml room temperature water

Method

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and olive oil in the bread maker. Slowly add the water.
  2. Once the breadmaker's done, take the dough out. Form into two equal sized pizza bases and leave to rise for at least one hour.
  3. Poke holes over the top of the pizza base with a fork. Brush with olive oil then add toppings.
  4. Cook in a 215C oven for 15 minutes.
